In 1998 Julieta Suárez created the LOCO MODO store in Bogotá, a fashion collective that brought together emerging designers with experimental design proposals.
Based on that first experience, Julieta continues to build groups of designers who share experiences, knowledge and often work together on different creative projects.
For Julieta it is important to inherit the knowledge, techniques and experiences in a country where fashion is still a learning process. The way she builds her pieces defines her as a designer with a timeless proposal. architectural, clean, contemporary and functional.
In her latest collections she has implemented the manual work of embroiderers, weavers and various textile techniques.
